Solution: Step 1. Backup your Micro SD Card files onto computer desktop.
Step 2: Format your Micro SD Card .
Step 3: Reupload the video or JPG to the Micro SD card by using the software.

You can't find the save path directly into the software from the sd card. The right way is cut the files in the sd card to the desktop, then enter the software from the computer.1x remote control
